1. Handling transactions related to working for Listed/ Unlisted, privately placed/ Public Issue of Debentures from fund raising till redemption along with other relevant activities involved in the process including but not limited to repurchase and restructuring of debt.

2. Should have knowledge about Companies Act, 2013, SEBI Regulations and circulars and other relevant laws.

3. Exercise due diligence with respect to debenture transactions to ensure compliance by the with the provisions of the Companies Act 2013, SEBI Regulations or the transaction document.
4. To protect debenture holders’ interests in the event of any trust deed or legal breaches including but not limited to enforcement of securities.

5. Vetting and execution of legal transaction documents and relevant NOCs.

6. Disclosures to stock exchanges under SEBI SAST, 2011.

7. Liaising with Legal counsels, issuer companies, debenture holders for finalization of drafts and other transaction related issues.

8. Statutory reporting under MCA-ROC forms, CERSAI filing and IU filling under IBC.
9. Internal software updation on real time basis.
